The BV Cruiser Club will be hosting their second ride this Thursday, 7PM, McPhelemy Park. Check out their website for more info.
And an excerpt from a story by Sterling R. Quinton over at Ark Valley Voice about the last ride:
“Despite the cool winds and a threatening collection of clouds culminating to create a great reason to avoid the event, the BV Cruiser Club’s inaugural ride came off without a hitch. Roughly forty riders of all ages, sizes, bicycle styles, and skill levels met at McPhelemy Park in Buena Vista early Sunday evening.
The Cruiser Club’s founders, Natalie and Jason Moore, who recently moved from Boulder, anticipated a good crowd, showing up early with decorative flowers, pipe cleaners, stickers and streamers at the ready. The friendly and enthusiastic bicyclists seized on the opportunity to make their rides a tad more stylish.”
